Chief executive officer (CEO) of Kumaning hospital at Abrepo in the Kumasi metropolis Nana Gyamfi Kumaning has said, the private sector could employ more workers if the government should support them.
In interview with Nana Gyamfi he mentioned that, government can assist the private institutions to employ more workers by supporting them in paying their salaries or giving them tax relief for some periods base on the number of people they will employ so that, the supported amount will be used to employ more workers to fight against unemployment graduate in the country.
He also asked the unemployment graduates to accept any manageable salary from the private organizations since it would at least help them to manage the hard economy.
Nana Gyamfi also advice Ghanaian youths especially the unemployment graduates not to think about money first but rather the kind of businesses they can do better which would help push them to the highest level.
