Bekwai DVLA Boss, Nana Oteatuoso Kokoben II, has cautioned drivers, who will be heading to various destinations within and outside Bekwai, to slow down, stick to the speed limit and take regular breaks to ensure that they stay safe on the roads.
Nana Oteatuoso Kokoben II(Bekwai DVLA Boss), who spoke to the Press yesterday about the high rate of road accidents, said “vehicles that run on the roads are driven by human beings, and drivers have extraordinary responsibilities they need to uphold.
He further noted that, passengers should not have influences on the drivers. Passengers he said, should also behave, work closely with the driver, and abide by the rules in other to help diminish or eradicate accidents on the roads” Nana Oteatuoso Kokoben II said.
Nana Oteatuoso Kokoben II added again that, sometimes “we have unnecessary accidents that can be avoided and it is only by abiding by the rules of the road”.
“Let us abide by the rules of the road so that we can reach our destinations and meet our family and our friends safely,” Bekwai DVLA Boss urges.
